WIND Networking for Today’s Professional

Helping Professionals Find Meaningful Employment

WIND is a regular forum for professionals in job transition. Our purpose is simple: to provide networking opportunities and other resources that greatly accelerate the often tedious and discouraging job of finding solid, career-enhancing work.

WIND participants
WIND is New England’s oldest continuously operating professional employment networking group. Since our inception in 1990, we have served more than 27,000 professionals from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine.

Studies have shown_ that regular participation in focused networking groups correlates well with less time between positions and with higher levels of employment and job satisfaction.

WIND’s long history of success is reflected by the fact that many members continue to help others long after re-employment, and also by its reputation among recruiters and the Human Resources community.
