Fred Nothnagel has been the Executive Director of WIND since 1995. He has his own private Career Consulting and Coaching practice and was a Senior Career Management Consultant for 12 years, where he now trains Career Consultants and assists with Senior Executive and technical clients. Prior to becoming a Career Consultant and Coach, Fred's professional background included Engineering Management, Manufacturing Management and 12 years as a key information systems user and project team member.
